centrally located near Wiesbaden’s city center is Poststraße in the Bierstadt district. you’ll find excellent transport links and all necessary amenities for daily life, including kindergartens, schools, and doctors of all specialties, right nearby.

The project

The architecture

the building is thoughtfully integrated into its surroundings. these modern apartments impress with their successful blend of light, exclusivity, and optimal usability. the impact of the floor-to-ceiling windows with fine subdivisions is underscored by the transparent balcony railings. colors, shapes, and materials are harmoniously coordinated.

The construction

the building is constructed in solid masonry and meets all requirements according to GEG 2024. foundations and floor slab are made of concrete. the exterior walls as well as the load-bearing interior walls are built using calcium silicate blocks or reinforced concrete. the floors are made of reinforced concrete. the staircases are also reinforced concrete and will be fitted with polished granite steps. a thermal insulation composite system (WDVS) is applied to the exterior masonry.

the entrance area, made of light-metal profiles and insulated safety glass doors, is equipped with an electric door opener, door closer, and door retainer.

The outdoor area

the driveways and footpaths will be paved. the remaining plot will feature rolled turf. stand-alone trees, shrubs, and ground cover will be planted.

  • Windows and fittings
    • Plastic windows with thermal insulation glazing are installed.
    • The fittings are single-handle tilt-and-turn or single-handle turn fittings in a concealed design.
    • The windows in the ground-floor apartments and the windows near the balconies on the first floor are equipped with burglar-resistant fittings.
    • All windows, balcony doors, and terrace doors in the vertical façade have electrically operated aluminum Raffstores with a powder coating.
    • The bathroom windows are fitted with frosted glass.
  • Apartment entrance doors and security
    • The apartment entrance doors, designed for sound insulation, come with a wide-angle peephole.
    • For your safety, there is a multi-point locking system and an intercom with integrated video surveillance.
    • To further increase security, the passage from the underground garage into the building is alarmed.
  • Bathrooms and sanitary fittings
    • Bathrooms, shower rooms, and WCs have floor-to-ceiling tiles in the shower area, and up to the top edge of the pre-wall elsewhere.
    • The floor-level shower area with channel drain and tiled insert will have a clear-glass shower partition.
    • A light mirror in the same width as the washbasin is mounted above it.
    • Modern ceiling spotlights provide the right lighting in the bathroom.
    • Bathrooms, shower rooms, WCs, and utility rooms have tiled flooring.
  • Floor coverings, ceilings, and walls
    • The living, cooking, and sleeping areas, as well as hallways and storage rooms, come with a floor covering from a sample selection and matching baseboards.
    • The ceilings and walls of the apartments are covered with woodchip wallpaper and painted white.
  • Electrical installation and multimedia
    • The apartment is equipped with a multimedia distribution box and numerous electrical switches and sockets.
    • Telephone and TV cable connections as desired.
  • Heating and energy supply
    • An exhaust air heat pump for hot water production, heating, and ventilation will be installed in each apartment’s utility room.
    • A photovoltaic system for power generation will be installed on the roof.
    • The rooms in each apartment are heated via underfloor heating.
    • Temperature control is individually regulated in each room.
  • Fireplaces
    • The apartments each feature an electrically operated fireplace designed in the style of an open hearth.
  • Common and basement areas
    • Each apartment comes with a basement room.
    • A communal space is available for residents of the building.
  • Elevators and barrier-free access
    • Two passenger elevators, each with capacity for up to eight people, connect every floor in the building.
    • The elevator is accessible without steps from the basement level, the building entrances, and on each floor.
