The construction project at Possenhofener Straße 28

Starting in summer 2020, Praml Bau GmbH will build two apartment buildings in Forstenried with a total of 11 apartments including underground garages in tried and tested Praml Bau (KfW 55 energy efficient) quality. Using solid, stone-on-stone brick masonry and using the highest quality building materials and branded products, Praml Bau GmbH realizes apartments from approx. 40 m² to 134 m² living space.

Generous outfitting budgets (see appendix specification of services) for sanitary amenities, floor coverings, tiles and interior doors enable individual outfitting of the individual apartments according to the wishes of the customers.

Generous, floor-to-ceiling windows and high-quality glass balustrades on the balconies provide plenty of daylight in the modern living/dining areas. The heat is supplied via comfortable underfloor heating with individual room controls and an additional towel radiator in the bathrooms.

Sun protection is convenient with electrical controls and domestic ventilation with heat recovery always ensures a pleasant residential environment.

In the basement each owner has an underground parking space and a storage room.
