The construction project at Possenhofener Straße 14

In the summer of 2021 we will build an apartment building with a total of 9 apartments including underground garages in proven Praml-Bau (KfW 55) quality in Forstenried. Individually, stone on stone, solid brick construction using the highest quality building materials and branded products – we are creating apartments from approx. 50 m² to 105 m² living space.

Generous outfitting budgets for sanitary amenities, floor coverings, tiles and interior doors enable individual design of the individual apartments according to the wishes of the customers.

Generous, floor-to-ceiling windows provide plenty of daylight in the modern living/dining areas. Heat is supplied via comfortable underfloor heating with individual room controls and an additional towel radiator in the bathrooms.
