Outfitting
All apartments will be fully functional, with a comprehensive building description discussed in the course of the planning - resulting in a joint decision. Parquet floors with underfloor heating are provided as standard in the apartments. Sanitary amenities from a well-known manufacturers have been calculated for the bathrooms, wall tiles and floor coverings made of fine stone or tiles. For the basic outfitting, all walls and ceilings are smoothly plastered and painted white. Each apartment has its own cellar room and two bicycle parking spaces.
Large windows and spacious balconies allow plenty of light from the outside and promise pleasant residential comfort. House and apartments are barrier-free and are built in accordance with the Berlin's barrier-free housing regulations, with individual apartments able to be designed for disabled access on request.
Special requests
The floor plans of the apartments can be variably designed, so long as structural engineering requirements, facade planning and placement of technical supply shafts for bathrooms and kitchens are taken into account. Let the architects advise you! The aim of building as a joint venture is to build as cost-effectively and as high-quality as possible. Therefore, deviations from the jointly agreed standard, which is laid down in the building specification, are possible, but they should remain the exception.
