The five- and six-story buildings of PANDION COZY, protected from view from the existing buildings on Alsdorfer Straße, form the quarter as a small world in itself. While the two corners of the building clearly define the boundaries of the district, the three point buildings appear to be freely placed. Angle and point houses differ in size, height and facade design - what they have in common is their orientation towards the sunny center of the district, the inner courtyard.
The architects' various design principles make PANDION COZY a networked and communicative urban district that at the same time fulfills its residents' wishes for individualization and privacy.
