Project description
Langenhorn OxPark Quartier
Modern KfW-40-standard houses and apartments on the well-developed, green outskirts of the city
"OxPark Quartier" is being built on the former site of the "Ochsenzoll" hospital on the green, well-developed outskirts of the city.
Our project covers a total area of approx. 22,307 m² and is spread over several plots of land. Using solid construction methods and materials, we are building 15 stands of housing totalling 36 family-friendly ensemble houses, 42 semi-detached houses and a multi-family apartment building housing a total of 8 condominiums. We are reserving the latter for investors.
The first house handovers have taken place and many families have happily already moved into their new homes.
Following the successful sale of sections 1 to 3, we are now releasing the last semi-detached and ensemble houses to buyers.
A total of 65 semi-detached houses and ensemble houses have already been sold. In the fourth and final construction phase, only a few houses remain.
Be a part of it – secure your own little slice of heaven now and get ready to enjoy your own garden with your family from the summer of 2020.
These fully developed plots of land measure approx. 106 m² to approx. 288 m². Our flat roof houses, some of which are supplied with roof terraces, offer you living spaces of approx. 84 m² to 126 m². A total of 3 to 4 rooms are spread over two or three floors.
All houses are outfitted to upscale standards, with features such as underfloor heating, non-woven wallpaper on all wall surfaces, floor-level showers and electric shutters. Benefit from reduced energy costs and enjoy a good indoor climate thanks to a ventilation system with heat recovery. In addition, all end-terrace houses and semi-detached houses receive additional storage space thanks to a garden shed, while a parking space or carport is assigned to each house.

Location description
Langenhorn – a symbiosis of parks and heritage-listed Wilhelminian architecture, Langenhorn is located to the north of Hamburg and, to the west, borders the course of the Tarpenbek, a tributary of the Alster that marks the border with Norderstedt in Schleswig-Holstein.
The district, beyond it's storied history, is very popular as a residential location not least because of its proximity to Helmut Schmidt Airport in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel and numerous green spaces. The Raakmoor nature reserve and the natural pools as Kiwittsmoor are both in the neighbourhood's immediate vicinity, but are just two of the many recreational opportunities on offer in the area.
The residential development is conveniently located near to Kiwittsmoor underground station, allowing you to reach the city of Hamburg in about 35 minutes and Hamburg airport in about 20 minutes. Several kindergartens are located in the immediate vicinity, along with primary and secondary schools in the neighbouring district. Local amenities are assured: numerous shops for your daily needs, pharmacies and doctors are located nearby.
