"Das Projekt in der Oesterlingasse 7 befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Seitengasse der äußeren Mariahilfer Straße. und in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Westbahnhof. Im Rahmen einer Altbausanierung inklusive Dachgeschoss Neubau wurden 20 Regelgeschosswohnungen und 5 Dachgeschosswohnungen realisiert. Des Weiteren wurden die Steigleitungen komplett erneuert, der Keller saniert und ein Aufzug vom Keller bis in das Dach installiert. Die Fertigstellung des gesamten Projekts ist für Sommer 2020 geplant. Die freien Wohnungen in den Stöcken 1 - 3 können ab sofort bezogen werden, die Gartenwohnungen und das EG werden ca. im Juli 2020 fertiggestellt."
