With almost 160,000 inhabitants, Neuss is Germany's largest city in the district and, as a middle center, is also the largest city in the Rhine district of Neuss.
In 26 minutes you can reach Düsseldorf main station from Norfer train station without changing with the S-Bahn. The journey to Cologne main station takes 31 minutes. By car it takes about 20 minutes to Düsseldorf (14 kilometers) and 40 minutes (40 kilometers) to Cologne.
If you would like to take things a little slower and breathe fresh country air instead of the big city, that's no problem either. Neuss is surrounded by fields and small forests. And as we all know, the Rhine is not far away either.
The new apartments are being built on the corner plot of Saalestrasse and Oderstrasse. There are both single-family and smaller multi-family homes in the area.
An Edeka and a dm drugstore are only two minutes away by car and Norf also offers a very good infrastructure.
In addition to various shops for everyday needs, there are various restaurants, daycare centers and educational institutions from primary schools to high schools.
Cyclists, joggers and fresh air lovers will get their money's worth along the Norfbach and in the wide fields between Norf and Weckhoven.
