The house
Overview

The semi-detached house (variant 1) is accessed from the side and leads to an entrance area with a cloakroom and guest toilet. The centrally placed staircase offers a good layout of the room and allows for short access routes. The kitchen with dining area faces the street to the west. The spacious living area facing the garden is located to the southwest.
A large bedroom or a hobby room as well as a bathroom can be created in the basement area.
On the 1st floor there are two spacious bedrooms, a study and a large bathroom with a bathtub.
The loft offers space as a staggered floor for a large bedroom with a dressing area and bathroom. From the bedroom you enter the beautiful roof terrace.
