This new build project consists of two construction phases. The first construction phase will start in spring 2021 with the construction of the underground car park and residential building I with 13 units. The start of the second construction phase of residential building II with 11 units is planned for the third quarter of 2021.

All apartments are age-appropriate and barrier-free. These include a passenger elevator to all floors as well as shower areas tiled at ground level.

Burglary protection is a topic that is becoming increasingly important. All apartments are already equipped with the increased burglary protection class RC3 on the apartment entrance doors as standard. A 4-point locking system including turn-tilt security fittings and security striking plates of class RC1N ensure strong protection on the windows. You always have an eye on the front door via the house video system with TürstaRon in your apartment.

Prepared for e-mobility
The connection of a charging station for your e-car is already preconfigured and the charging point can optionally be installed at an additional cost.
