A total of 61 condominiums with 1 to 5 rooms are being built in the new construction project "NEST P # 02". The project is what´s called a ‘passive house´, built as it is to KfW 40+ standards – supremely ecological and energy-efficient. This is a rare find, and will soon be completed in the new Prinz-Eugen-Park in Bogenhausen.
