Flooring

  • In bathrooms, showers, toilets and kitchens, floor tiles 30 x 60 cm; After sampling up to Euro 30.00/m² gross material costs (calibrated tiles and larger formats possible for additional installation costs).
  • In the remaining rooms, designer vinyl flooring, from Project Floor, Floors@Home series or equivalent, 2mm thick, available in various wood decor variants, matching floor skirting board, each according to the GWB sample. Alternatively, the installation of parquet flooring is possible as a special request for an additional charge.
  • Cement screed in the basement painted with PVC floor paint. Windows
