The architecture
The building has been integrated into its surroundings with great sensitivity. The modern apartments impress with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the floor-to-ceiling windows with fine subdivisions is underlined by the architecturally very successful balcony parapets. Colours, shapes and materials are harmoniously coordinated.
The construction
The building will be constructed in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2020. Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors are made of reinforced concrete. The storey stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. They are covered with polished granite steps. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the exterior masonry.
The house entrance system made of light metal profiles and an insulating glass door made of safety glass has an electric door opener as well as a door closer and door holder.
The grounds
The driveways and sidewalks will be paved. The remaining area of the property will have turf. Solitary trees, shrubs and ground cover are planted.
Outfitting
You can depend on the following features
- Plastic windows with thermal insulation glazing are used. The fittings as one-hand turn-tilt or one-hand turn fittings in a concealed design. The windows in the ground floor apartments and the windows in the area of the balconies on the first floor are fitted with burglar-resistant fittings.

- The floor-level shower area with drainage channel and tiled recess has a clear glass shower partition.
- A light mirror of the same width is mounted above the vanity unit. Modern ceiling spotlights provide the right light in the bathroom. Kitchens, bathrooms and guest toilets have a tiled floor of your choice from our range.
- The living and sleeping areas as well as the floorboards have a floor covering based on a sample template with a matching skirting board. The ceilings and walls of the apartments are papered with painter's fleece wallpaper and laid out white.
- The apartment is equipped with a multimedia distribution box and a large number of electrical switches and sockets. Telephone connections and TV cable of your choice. .
- The apartments are heated by underfloor heating. For this purpose, an exhaust air heat pump for heating, ventilation and hot water is installed in the utility room of the apartment. The temperature is controlled individually in each room.
- The apartments will have a gas-fired fireplace in the style of an open fireplace with fireproof glazing.
- Each apartment has a basement room. A laundry room and a common room are available for the residents of the house.
- A passenger elevator, for up to 8 people each, connects all floors of the house. The elevator can be reached from the basement level, the building entrances and the floors without steps.
- To increase your security, access from the underground car park to the house is alarmed.
