Sustainable construction with pellet heating system

With many sustainable details, Lebensart Spandau creates an environmentally friendly living concept – this includes modern thermally protected windows, extensive structural insulation and the use of pellet heating as a renewable energy source. Pellets burn odourlessly, produce very little ash residue and are almost CO2 neutral. Summing up all these measures and more, Lebensart Spandau has achieved compliance with KfW-55 energy efficiency standards. This means that you are entitled to low-interest loans as part of the KfW's "Energy-Efficient Building" funding program with up to €18,000 in repayment subsidies and up to 20 years fixed interest to help you finance an apartment purchase.

The old town of Spandau down the road

The picturesque streets of the old town of Spandau exude a magical atmosphere, perfect for strolling, discovering and pausing a moment. The old town is less than two kilometres from Fehrbelliner Strasse and can be reached by car in six minutes – past the Wröhmännerpark and the citadel, surrounded on all sides by the river Havel.
