One thing is certain: the use of renewable energies as an alternative and supplement to conventional systems has immense potential in terms of protecting the environment and your wallet. When buying real estate, it is therefore important to rely on the right energy mix.

We use the latest heating technologies in all of our properties to generate the heat we need. We always find the most economically and ecologically sensible solution. In addition, our construction projects are designed as EH 55 houses (formerly KfW55, GEG 2023).

Wood pellet heating

When you think of renewable energies – you think of wood! Thanks to innovative technology and comparatively high price stability, CO2-neutral wood pellet heating has developed into a “warming” oil and gas alternative. Our state-of-the-art systems offer comfortable and fully automatic operation and are also low-maintenance. This innovative and powerful technology can also be tailored to your wishes and needs down to the last detail.

Underfloor heating as an ideal addition

Underfloor heating with individual room control ensures a pleasant level of comfort and the heat is distributed evenly over the entire room area. Due to the lower flow temperature compared to normal radiators, this type of heating is also highly effective. This results in low operating costs, which are reduced even further because the temperatures in the individual rooms can be adjusted individually and according to needs. Allergy sufferers also benefit from underfloor heating because there is no turbulence caused by convection. Our underfloor heating is the ideal complement to the overall energy concept of the houses.

E-mobility

The growing e-mobility is also taken care of: the underground car park is already being prepared on site for a so-called load management system. This allows residents to conveniently charge their electric vehicles in the underground car park.

Domestic ventilation for more comfort

Fresh air allows people to breathe freely. However, it is used up quickly in closed rooms - especially if the building is built to be airtight to prevent heat loss. Regular ventilation is therefore essential. A comfortable and low-maintenance solution is moisture-controlled and demand-controlled domestic ventilation.

Using the air volume control that automatically regulates room by room, only the amount of air that is actually needed reaches the respective rooms. These are vacuumed out in the bathroom, kitchen, washing machine room and toilet, where odors and moisture arise most. This means high comfort with low ventilation heat losses.

High-quality outfitting

Our bathrooms are places of peace and relaxation that also meet your demands for design and comfort with their large windows, modern tiles, timelessly elegant fittings as well as their acrylic bathtubs and ultra-flat showers.

There is oak parquet in the living and sleeping areas. Thanks to our extensive range of floor coverings, wall paints and door handles, you are guaranteed to find what you like. Beautiful accents can also be set with our decorative light switches.

Location & infrastructure

Langweid am Lech is in the fast lane in the housing market. Located 15 km north of Augsburg on federal highway 2, state highway 2033 and the Augsburg-Nuremberg railway line and supported by a far-sighted location policy, the former Roman settlement has developed into a sizeable community that has numerous advantages to offer its approximately 8,000 residents. This includes a wide range of leisure facilities, sports facilities, shopping opportunities and clubs. Unbeatable trump cards are the nearby Augsburg Western Forests Nature Park, which extends over large parts of the Achsheim district, and the nearby “Sander Seen” recreation area. Living comfortably for a lifetime – this wish can be fulfilled in Langweid am Lech.

Langweid Village - the natural side of life

We are building a total of ten apartment buildings with 104 apartments, 30 semi-detached houses and 30 terraced houses in several construction phases on Schmuttertalstrasse.

"Langweid Village" - that's what we called our construction project on around 40,000 square meters and didn't mince words, but we did put it into the lettering. Because: green living in the country with park-like outdoor areas and fast metropolitan connections is the hallmark of the new hub for the whole family. Added to this is the environmentally conscious and energy-efficient construction of the buildings in harmony with nature. “Langweid Village” shows the natural side of life in the middle of the flourishing economic area around Augsburg.

Within the municipal area, Langweid Village is characterized by its convenient location. Just a few minutes are enough to walk to the bakery, butcher or supermarket or to take the children to kindergarten or school. Medical centers, pharmacies, hairdressers, ice cream parlors, beverage markets, banks, restaurants and much more are also available.

Four kindergartens and just as many toddler and mother-child groups as well as primary and middle schools (with all-day programs) ensure the best education and care for the little ones. Secondary schools can be found nearby with the Meitingen secondary school (8 km) and the Gersthofen high school (8 km), both of which are easily accessible by public transport. The impressive spectacle of nature, absolute peace and relaxation: With the Augsburg Western Forests Nature Park on the doorstep of Langweid Village, these experiences can easily be integrated into everyday life. Another beautiful “oasis” nearby is the Lech with its scenic Lech meadows, in which the local recreation area “Sander Seen” is located. In the north of this lake district is the “Lechfeld bathing lake” with a bathing beach, sunbathing lawns and changing rooms.

A multimedia presentation of the Lech can be admired in the Lech Museum with its “main exhibit”, the historic hydroelectric power plant. Sport in the middle of green areas is hard to beat for many, but if you want to have a roof over your head for it, the triple sports hall, the multi-purpose hall and the swimming pool are the perfect choice.

Art and culture are also not neglected “on the lower Lech”. With the local community library you can always keep up to date with the latest literary developments. The nearest venues for cultural events of all kinds are located directly in the neighboring municipalities of Meitingen (community hall and community hall) and Gersthofen (town hall).
