Building community project in Berlin Weißensee
The project
Contemporary architecture and well-thought-out floor plans for singles, young couples and families - that's "LANGHANS24". The new building community project in Berlin-Weißensee is being designed and supported by SmartHoming (project development) and the architectural firm zanderroth gmbh.
Adjacent to the lively Prenzlauer Berg district, a new building project is being built on the 2,400 square meter property on Langhansstrasse. The construction community Langhansstraße 24 GmbH & Co. KG is implementing the construction project with modern houses around a shared green garden courtyard. 47 condominiums and one commercial unit are being built in three new buildings and one existing building with 3, 4 and 6 floors - a relaxed retreat with lots of sun, air and greenery in the middle of the city!
The building ensemble
Three modern and different building typologies with a front building (House 1), a garden house (House 2) and three townhouses (House 3) characterize the contemporary new building project. There will be 47 residential units of different sizes. The selection ranges from 2-room apartments with around 44 m² of living space, garden apartments with up to 95 m² of living space, to townhouses with private gardens with an area of around 130 m² and a penthouse with around 175 m². After renovation and conversion, four residential units, each measuring approx. 72 m², are available in the existing building. A large green garden courtyard offers play opportunities and invites all residents to stay.
Completion is scheduled for spring 2025.
The apartments
The different floor plan concepts were developed by zanderroth gmbh. They offer the optimal architectural solution for every apartment size. Both small units for singles and seniors, as well as large residential units - also barrier-free - for young couples and families are possible forms of housing. All apartments have a loggia or terrace, as well as upscale outfitting features with underfloor heating in all rooms. Storage rooms, car and bicycle parking spaces are located in the basement.
