Hattersheim am Main, with its almost 28,000 inhabitants, is located in the Main-Taunus district in southern Hesse - centrally in the Rhine-Main area between the cities of Frankfurt am Main, Mainz and Wiesbaden. This means that Hattersheim is optimally connected to the transport infrastructure in the Rhine-Main area. In the northwest near the construction area is the A 66 (Hattersheim) and in the northeast the airport tangent B40 (Hattersheim Ost).
With the Hattersheim (Main) train station, there is a connection from Frankfurt am Main to Wiesbaden within walking distance and in the immediate vicinity of the project. Trains on line S1 of the Rhein-Main S-Bahn stop here. There is also a station on the Taunus Railway in Eddersheim. There are a total of five bus routes in Hattersheim. The lines connect the city with the train station with their circular routes.
The development area is directly adjacent to the Voltastraße local supply center with an extensive range of shops, bakery, drugstore, pharmacy, fitness studio, bank, etc. A local supplier and a daycare center are also being planned in the development area itself. The infrastructure for shopping, transport and nature can therefore be considered an absolute TOP location.
