The new construction project "Kreuzheim" is located in one of the most sought-after residential areas in Berlin between the Maybachufer on the Landwehr Canal, the Spree and just a stone's throw from Friedrichshain, right in the heart of Kreuzberg. The popular scene neighborhood around the new building project is also called "Kreuzkölln" and is very popular.
