In the middle of the traditional wine town of Gumpoldskirchen, surrounded by magnificent vineyards, the historic Kremsmünsterhof is being revitalized.

The listed, historical old building on the edge of the wine route has its roots in the 15th century. The historical structure is preserved and is luxuriously refurbished with the latest technology and high-quality materials and supplemented by a modern wooden component.

Eight luxurious condominiums will soon be built here, breathing new life into the architectural heritage from historical times. Particular focus is placed on the preservation of the original building structure. At the same time, the building is given a contemporary interpretation, brought up to date with the latest technology and given a modern design.

A total of eight residential units between 84 m² and 213 m² with 10 car parking spaces are being built in the Kremsmünsterhof, as well as a ground-level shop that can be accessed directly from the street. The existing vaulted cellar is also being renovated at great expense and accessible via the elevator. The attachment in timber construction is not only particularly sustainable due to the renewable raw material wood, this construction method also impresses with high energy efficiency and an optimal indoor climate. The heat for heating and hot water is provided for the entire building by means of a central pellets heating system.

The well thought-out design concept runs through all residential units in the Kremsmünsterhof: spacious floor plans, high-quality outfitting elements and open spaces on the courtyard side convey a luxurious and at the same time cozy residential atmosphere. A special highlight: in the penthouse the historic roof truss is preserved and visibly integrated into the living room.
