A construction concept that optimally meets the needs of the residents, creates feel-good spaces, harmonises perfectly with its surroundings and ensures high energy efficiency: This is what characterizes our "Korber Viertele" project.
The Korber Quarter contains 23 residential units (1 to 5 room apartments with a living space of 39 to 120 m²) which blend harmoniously into the surrounding buildings on three full floors and a staggered floor.
The building is solid - "brick on brick". Clinker facings set accents on the light plaster facades and thus create a high-quality, contemporary, unexcited appearance. The "Korber Quarter" achieves the demanding efficiency house 55 standard thanks to its compact design, a highly thermally insulated building shell, the avoidance of thermal bridges and the use of a modern heating system in the contracting model.
The entrance areas are spacious and bright. All apartments face south. Some floor-to-ceiling windows as well as large terraces and loggias - accessible from the living/dining area - open the living space to the outside. The apartments on the ground floor have sunny, south-facing terraces and their own part of the garden, which is bordered by planting with native trees.
