Thanks to its compact design, a highly thermally insulated building shell, the avoidance of thermal bridges and the use of a modern heating system in the contracting model, the “Korber Viertel” achieves the demanding Efficiency House 55 standard.
The entrance areas are spacious and bright. All apartments face south. Some floor-to-ceiling windows as well as large terraces and loggias - accessible from the living/dining area - open the living room to the outside. The apartments on the ground floor have sunny south-facing terraces and their own garden area, which is surrounded by native trees.
