Award-winning firm vanGeisten-Marfels, specialists in heritage buildings for over 25 years, has been chosen to lead the restoration. Eleven unique apartments will take shape, each with its own architectural charm. Some offer soaring ceilings with mezzanines; others are enhanced by clever interior staircases and generous layouts.

All units will be outfitted to the highest standards, with technical features and bathrooms that reflect modern quality. Most apartments also include private balconies, loggias, or terraces – ideal additions to the shared Klostergarten.
