The building is being extensively renovated by us, ALTE BAUTEN – NEUES WOHNEN GmbH, in consultation with the State Office for Monument Preservation and the Building Authority. A private parking space with a wall box will be arranged in front of the building. Behind the building, a garden with a spacious terrace invites you to linger and relax.

On the ground floor there is access to the building, a cozy large children's room with a modern daylight bathroom and a technical room. In addition, sufficient space has been planned for the arrangement of a washing machine/dryer. The new owner reaches the upper floor via the rustic staircase in the middle, where a spacious kitchen with dining area and a storage room are arranged. LOCATION/MUNICIPALITY PORTRAIT

The Fildern are a plateau between the Neckar and Schönbuch. Their landscape is characterized by wide fields, small wooded areas and the Körschtal. Around 40 percent of the Ostfildern area is under landscape protection. With around 10,500 inhabitants, Nellingen is the largest district of Ostfildern. The town lies between the districts of Parksiedlung and Scharnhausen as well as Denkendorf, Berkheim and Zollberg. It is characterized by Hindenburgstrasse, which forms the urban axis and is the main shopping street.

The medieval village center around the Klosterhof and Riegelstrasse in the south of the district is opposite the modern school and sports center with the KuBinO, a multifunctional building for education, care and town hall, as well as the main branch of the town library and the indoor swimming pool. The city railway, which opened in 2000, also ends in the northern part of the city. The U7 and U8 lines connect Ostfildern with Stuttgart. This means that the city is directly connected to the region's rail network. Bus lines 119 and 120 round off the local public transport in the Fildern.

The former tram depot "An der Halle" has been turned into a lively cultural center with the city's adult education center and music school.
