Our current project K11 includes two modern apartment buildings with a total of twelve apartments: high-quality outfitting features, embedded in an idyllic environment. Both properties meet the KFW Efficiency House 40 NH standard. Thanks to their sustainable and efficient construction, the apartments raise your residential quality to a new level and at the same time significantly reduce heating costs.

The well-thought-out floor plans enable an ideal division of living spaces. Timeless domestic aesthetics unfold in the rooms through warm wood combined with straight lines. Thanks to large windows, the rooms are flooded with sunlight and you have a partially clear view of the Alpine panorama, which you can also enjoy on your balcony or terrace.

Sustainable and exclusive

Each apartment also has a cellar. Every 3-room apartment has a carport with a lockable storage room and every 2-room apartment has a parking space. A large wheelchair-accessible elevator offers exclusive comfort with a wheelchair-accessible bathroom plan. So that an elegant apartment becomes your home, we give you the opportunity to help design the interior according to your personal wishes.
