The JopaJoma project arose from the idea of combining the experiences of Stephan and Christoph Schmidt from their practice as architects and project developers in a new brand.
The brand name “JopaJoma” is made up of the initial letters of the children of both managing directors and reflects what family means: cohesion, community, home and security. In every single JopaJoma project there are places or rooms that promote community and in which everyone can still live individually.
Our experience in planning space-optimized home (microliving) leads us to a variety of solutions for how sustainable housing can be implemented on a small area. The integral approach of looking at architecture, design and branding holistically leads to being able to offer attractive apartment floor plans in a smaller area.
Community consists of diversity and individuality, especially at a time when more and more single households are being created. Whether young or older people, or single parents, everyone longs to belong in a community.
We want to create special living spaces in our apartment buildings. Living spaces that are individually tailored to each individual. Through the different layout of the apartments and the variety of apartment sizes, we create a livable community of people with different lifestyles for all age groups.
