The small Elbe suburb of Iserbrook, which once belonged to Blankenese, attracts young families in particular thanks to its many gardens, 30 kph zones and almost village-like character. With the Elbe within walking distance, large parks in the area and very good connections to the city centre and the countryside, the district is interesting for all people who want to enjoy their home in peace.

Iserbrook has been part of Hamburg since 1951. This makes the district just one year older than the Behrendt Group. And just like us, Iserbrook has become a real piece of the Hanseatic city in the past six decades. Although there's no classic town centre, you'll still find everything you need for your everyday errands in the immediate vicinity of your new home along Sülldorfer Landstraße and in the Elbe shopping centre. An organic supermarket lies directly opposite, there's an EDEKA right next door, and you'll find a bakery 200 metres down the street and it's only 500 metres to the S-Bahn train station – everything close, everything to hand.
