The construction area of ​​the eight houses being built is located in the Bermensfeld district of Oberhausen in the middle of existing developments and is characterized by a very quiet location.

The basic location of the property - close to the center of Sterkrader Tor, close to Centro and the motorway connection a few hundred meters away - ensures an attractive offer on spacious properties. The basic orientation is north and south. There are self-service local supermarkets (Netto and Aldi) in the immediate vicinity. Bermensfeld is a district of Oberhausen in the southeast of the Alt-Oberhausen district (with the typical infrastructural advantages of a big city). The district, which was characterized by heathland and individual farms until the 19th century, is now predominantly a residential area.

The A 516 connects Sterkrade with the Oberhausen-Zentrum junction (A 42 Kamp-Lintfort, Dortmund), where it then continues as the B 223 to the south of Oberhausen and to Mülheim an der Ruhr.
