Welcome to Büdingen
The Location
Büdingen is a medium-sized Hessian town on the eastern edge of the Rhine-Main area. The town is located in a wooded area along the Seemenbach, at the transition from the Wetterau to the Vogelsberg.
The town is known nationwide for its medieval old town with castle, which constitutes one of the best preserved urban complexes of its kind in Europe. Historically, Büdingen belongs to Upper Hesse and is home to around 22,000 inhabitants.
