Traunstein is an extremely lovely place to live in the heart of the Chiemgau. Hochfellnstraße 2 is close to the city center, but still close to nature. Light, architecture and quality
These three terms best describe the construction of the property on Hochfellnstrasse. Traunstein, heart of the Chiemgau.
At an altitude of 600 m, the large district town of Traunstein nestles picturesquely between Chiemsee and Waginger See at the foot of the Chiemgau Alps. Its approximately 20,000 inhabitants live with a great sense of tradition in symbiosis and close proximity to the surrounding mountains, the Chiemsee only 10 km away and the river Traun, which flows through the city in its eastern parts. Traunstein is a place of longing in the middle of Upper Bavaria: close to the mountains and urban at the same time, without the hectic attitude of a big city!
