Our 36 terraced and semi-detached houses make space-saving use of their land lots. Instead of a lot of concrete, we would rather offer you gardens and open spaces. We build brick by natural sand-lime brick, using highly efficient thermal insulation and environmentally friendly heating and building technology. This not only protects the environment, but also your wallet. Due to the separate construction of each house, we achieve a high degree of sound insulation and thus no disruptive sound transmission through from or to your neighbours. Nonetheless, you and your neighbours enjoy living together in the neighborhood and all enjoy reduced energy costs, as everyone's home consists of fewer free-standing external walls. In addition, there's the use of biomass (pellets) for a local heating supply network. The houses are rated as energy efficient well below the requirements of the Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV 2016), which has lead them to be granted KfW 55 standard certification, keeping operating costs at a very low level.

Glinde is already 790 years old, but still not ready for retirement - on the contrary. The town offers its young citizens everything they need for a good education. Eight daycare centers, four elementary schools, a community school and a grammar school as well as the music school are available to your children within a radius of four kilometers. You can even fish in the nearby, fish-rich Glinder mill pond. There are no fewer than 22 municipal playgrounds and football fields. A lively clubs and societies life awaits young and old. There are also tennis courts and even an 18-hole golf course.
