Just as Henri Arnaud led the first settlers to Neuhengstett in 1699 and thus laid the foundation for a beautiful place, we would like to create new housing today for those who are close to home and for people who would like to find a piece of home here.
TEN SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOUSES, EACH WITH ITS OWN PLOT
The houses are perfectly coordinated for maximum privacy and high standards of architecture.
The small settlement in the quiet, sunny new development area is characterized by flexible floor plans with terraces and large windows, which due to their placement allow little insight from the outside. The massive monolithic construction is adorned with an easy-care real wood facade. Each house stands on its own. There are no residential walls in contact with one another. Links are formed by the garages between the houses, which are also solidly built. A relaxed construction period without "builder stress" with complete execution by a property developer. IW Plan Althengstett GmbH builds everything for your customers at a fixed price, from the excavation to the basement, the house to the photovoltaic system on the roof and the plants in the garden. Houses one to five have no basement and, in addition to the residential space, have nice storage space in the garage, under the stairs and on the upper floor with approx. 40 square meters. Houses six to ten have a basement and have 100 square meters of usable space in addition to the 154 square meters.

The Henri-Arnaud-Carré has the flair of a park that offers peace and space for the residents. TEN ARCHITECT HOUSES IN SOLID CONSTRUCTION AND WOOD FAÇADE
Thanks to the so-called "chain" construction method, the 350 to 400 m² plots are ideally used. In contrast to semi-detached or terraced houses, there are no residential walls that touch the neighbors. The garage is the “link” in the chain.
So each house stands on its own. The successful planning creates a lot of privacy. There are deliberately no windows on the property boundary, so there are no direct views from the outside and there is space for your furniture inside. Generous window surfaces let a lot of light into the rooms. The plant troughs connected to the facade create an atmospheric impression from the outside and inside. They interrupt the modern wooden facade and form a nice contrast. Thanks to the flat roof, the top floor or attic is a fully-fledged storey and can be used without any compromises with a comfortable room height of 2.45 m. The gazebos, which provide additional storage space and at the same time decorate the private path between the houses with green pergolas, are also firmly planned. The private road is the joint property of all ten detached houses. So children can meet here to play and parents don't have to worry about traffic.
