The location
Böhlitz-Ehrenberg
Our project is located approx. 6km west of the center of Leipzig, in the attractive residential area of Böhlitz-Ehrenberg, between Burgaue and the Elster-Saale Canal. The water tower is a landmark that can be seen from far away. At almost 55 meters, it is one of the highest of its kind in Germany. Böhlitz-Ehrenberg is a beautiful place to live and recommended for Leipzig residents. Here you have everything you need and the right feel-good atmosphere. In the north, the riparian forest offers numerous recreational opportunities. The Leipzig Auensee, with its park railway, playground and boat rentals, is particularly popular with young families. Your new home is in a newly built settlement made up of various single-family homes and villa-like apartment buildings. There are a variety of amenities and shopping opportunities within walking distance. Doctors and pharmacies are of course also available. There are also 4 daycare centers, a primary school and a high school, all of which are within walking distance of the property.
Infrastructure:
