Outfitting features
Independent and inexpensive energy
geothermal energy, also called geothermal energy, is in the trend of time and is a forward -looking technology in building technology. Due to steadily increasing costs for fossil fuels, geothermal energy is an intelligent alternative to conventional heating systems such as gas boilers or oil heating.
Heat pump - the ecological alternative
With regard to their primary energy consumption and CO2 emissions, gas and oil heating are clearly superior toheat pump heating. From a total economic point of view, they make an important contribution to saving energy and, in the sense of comprehensive environmental protection, reduce the pollutant emissions of carbon dioxide (CO2), sulfur dioxide, nitrogen and dust. Viewed primarily, the heat pump is one of the best heating technologies in the world today.
How does geothermal energy work?
In order to make the geothermal energy usable for heating, the heat must first be obtained via a geothermal heat exchanger. For this purpose, earth probes are embedded 50 to 150 meters deep into the ground. A water-glycol mixture, the so-called brine, deprives the heat to the ground and delivers it to the heat pump in the basement of the house.
The actual heat gain takes place in the evaporator of the heat pump due to a special refrigerant. Here you take advantage of the property of the liquid refrigerant, which evaporates at extremely low temperatures and stores the energy absorbed. The volume of the gaseous refrigerant is reduced in the downstream compressor. Pressure and temperature rose sharply here. The heated gaseous refrigerant flows into a heat exchanger and releases the stored heat to the heating system in the house.
The almost maintenance -free heat pump is a robust heating with low operating costs. It can reliably supply buildings with heat and hot water. The energy concept already fulfills 80% more of the required use of regenerative energies, as stated in the Building Energy Act 2023.
Energy -efficient living, prepared for the future
Our new construction measures are built according to the new opponent (Energy Law Building), which ensures more climate protection and sustainability in the building area.
Our apartments have high-quality outfitting, optimal thermal insulation and intelligent building technology that enables you to live comfortable and cost -saving.

The Ruhr metropolis
Bredeney - a stately district in Essen
The property in Heierbusch is located in the coveted southern district of Bredeney. Here are some of the most beautiful places in Essen: green hiking trails, the Baldeneysee and the historic Villa Hügel, which tells industrial history.
Bredeney is a lively district. Bredeneyer Straße offers numerous specialist shops - from delicatessen to the shop for elegant clothing and shoe fashion - that invite you to stroll.
The Baldeneysee is by far the largest of the six Ruhrstausen. On its northern bank is the Kruppwald and the hill park with the Villa Hügel, the former seat of the Krupp industrialist. A little north of her is the Brandenbusch settlement, which was built for the employees of the Krupp family. Some of the visual space houses are now listed.
The exclusivity of the district is also evident in its range of educational institutions: There are two Protestant, a Catholic and one German-French kindergarten, the Graf-Spee and the Meisenburg primary school as well as the high schools Grashhof and Goetheschule.
In Bredeney, the tram lines 101 and 107 and bus lines 142, 169 and 194 run. In addition, the S 6 stops at the Essen-Hügel station.
