• No fossil fuels: the project consistently relies on renewable energies and completely avoids fossil fuels, which helps reduce CO₂ emissions.
• Heat pump: This uses renewable energy sources to efficiently generate heat and help keep energy costs low.
• Underfloor heating: Underfloor heating is installed in every house, which not only ensures even and comfortable heat in all rooms, but is also an energy-efficient heating method.

In addition to these ecological and energy-efficient features, it offers the possibility of a KFW promotional loan for KFW-40-QNG of up to €220,000 to provide future residents with financial support in realizing their dream home.
