The HainQuartett includes four innovative residential buildings with a total of 30 residential units and four different types of apartments.
In addition to the apartments on the ground floor with a garden, on the upper floor with spacious balconies and sheltered loggias on the top floor, the building's well-thought-out access concept is particularly impressive. The semi-private arcades that lead to the respective apartments can be reached via open stairs with elevators.
The HainQuartett also sets new standards in terms of sustainability and environmental compatibility. The four residential buildings are built in solid brick construction according to the EH-40 standard, and a thermal insulation composite system is deliberately avoided. The use of reinforced concrete is also reduced to a minimum because all car parking spaces are located on the ground floor to save space and are quickly accessible, meaning that the construction of an underground car park is unnecessary. A large basement in the building is also not necessary, as the communal cellar under House 1 is equipped with 30 cellar compartments, building services and even a workshop that can be used by all residents. It is noticeable here that the planning of the project focused on sustainability and the development of a future-oriented form of housing from the very beginning.

The ground floor
On the ground floor of the HainQuartett there are spacious 4-room apartments in two different price categories. All ground floor apartments have a large garden area with a terrace and, with 102.20m² of living space, are perfect for families or couples who need more space. The room layout is well thought out and efficient. The heart of the apartments is the west-facing living room with access to the terrace and garden. The two children's rooms share their own bathroom, the parents' bedroom has direct access to the master bathroom. The spacious hallway with cloakroom, separate guest toilet and additional storage room completes the high level of domestic comfort.

The loft

The central living room extends across the entire width of the building and, with a room height of up to 4 meters, is the highlight of the loft apartments. Four houses - one community
The HainQuartett offers its residents a variety of Open spaces for shared use.
The covered parking spaces under the buildings, the modern double-parking garages and the entrances to the respective open stairwells can be reached directly via the access road in the north of the property. The traffic area is therefore clearly separated from the gardens and access areas and creates safe and protected open spaces.

Although almost all residential units have a large storage room within the apartment, the communal cellar provides a further 30 cellar compartments, each approx. 3m² in size. Bulky items in particular, such as car tires or winter equipment, can be stored here.
