Architecture

The modern apartment building gains from the clear structure of the facade. This is a high-quality interpretation of classic Frankfurt city architecture. Construction

The building will be built in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2020. Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors and stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. The storey stairs are covered with polished granite steps.

The house entrance system made of light metal profiles and an insulating glass door made of safety glass has an electric door opener as well as a door closer and door holder. Letterboxes in free-standing letterbox systems in the access area of ​​the respective entrance.

Outdoor areas
