Location
Central and green
The place name Hadern comes from the original name 'Haderum' and means something like "with the people at the Hart", i.e. the people at the forest. Today Hadern is a leafy district with a mixture of multi-family apartment buildings and small-scale development that has retained a garden city character.
In Hadern you'll find everything that a vibrant community needs to create the good life: shops, schools, kindergarten, day care centres, doctors and pharmacies. In short, a place to live with very good infrastructure, which with its many parks offers plenty of space for a pleasant life.
The prominence of the Großhadern Clinic gave Hadern an optimal connection to the city center, so that with the underground line 6 you can reach Marienplatz in about 13 minutes and enjoy the advantages of the city. The tram stop is approx. 500 m away and takes you directly to Karlsplatz (Stachus). With the bike it takes about 5 minutes to reach Westpark.
You can put on your running shoes right outside the front door and go jogging undisturbed in nearby Westpark. Since our project is situated along a cul de sac, you don't have to worry about through-traffic and can be on your way safely.
