Gut Alpenblick has 22 condominiums, each with its own terrace or balcony. Generous living space and high-quality outfitting features with natural materials such as wood or quartz stone ensure a modern, authentically traditional look with an alpine feeling. The clear line in the design of the interior and exterior architecture creates a connection between the living space and the environment.
The domicile Gut Alpenblick impresses with traditional materials, combined with modern minimalism and elegance. Light colors and generous planting in the outdoor area ensure the "all-round feel-good atmosphere". Due to the timeless design, the living room offers space for personal development and gives the Gut Alpenblick apartments their individual charm.
The project was given the name Gut Alpenblick because of its location in the middle of mountains such as Hohes Brett, Watzmann, Jenner and Grünstein. The alignment of the three buildings convinces with an exciting alternation of light and shadow and allows cozy hours of sunshine on your own terrace. From here you can particularly enjoy the view of the surrounding mountains.
Surrounded by green meadows, Gut Alpenblick lies in the middle of a fantastic mountain panorama.
Located in the Berchtesgaden National Park in the south-eastern part of Germany directly on the border with Austria, "King" Watzmann is enthroned at 2,713 m above the Berchtesgadener Land and its five national park communities - an alpine landscape straight out of a picture book.
The leisure activities and excursion destinations are diverse: around the town hall with its tourist information and the event hall there is a music pavilion for concerts in the summer months, a reading corner and the lending library. In the adjoining small graduation tower and the Alpinum you can do something good for your health and relax. Two Kneipp facilities and the Schornbad (heated outdoor pool) attract big and small water rats in summer. A good 120 km of hiking trails make the hearts of nature lovers beat faster and in winter 26 km of cross-country ski trails, the Jenner and Grünstein ski areas and the natural toboggan runs ensure that winter sports enthusiasts are enthusiastic.
Every winter, international events for bobsleigh, toboggan and skeleton, as well as guest rides on the ice track, are held in the LOTTO Bayern Eisarena on Königssee. In every season there are special events in Schönau am Königssee, such as the lake festival or "Musical from spring to summer", where Bavarian musicians play every Sunday in a different hut.
In winter, among other things, alpine lantern hikes are offered. The highlight is the "WinterBergZeit" on the Jenner. Alpine traditions and old customs such as putting up the maypole, the Almer pilgrimage, the Almabtrieb, the Krampus run and the annual Christmas market have their place in the event calendar.
The shore of the Königssee can be easily reached by car or quickly on foot thanks to the good transport connections and ample parking facilities. In addition to numerous bars and cafés, there is a tourist information office and - definitely worth a visit - the famous Romy Schneider Museum. The Jenner Bahn complements the numerous hiking trails and offers the opportunity to enjoy the panoramic view without a sweaty ascent. The main attraction of the Königssee is the trip to the pilgrimage church of St. Bartholomä on an electric passenger boat. You glide quietly between the steep rock faces, past Germany's highest waterfall and marvel at the unique trumpet echo, which is part of the crossing.
