Build sustainably
The primary energy requirement of the project is 60% lower than provided for in the Building Energy Act. The state KfW development bank is supporting this important contribution to climate protection with a low-interest loan of €150,000 per apartment and a repayment subsidy of €18,750 per apartment. The funding has already been applied for and approved.
The building is heated by a highly efficient air heat pump. This is powered, among other things, by the green electricity from our own PV system. The plus: The PV system is equipped with a battery storage system.
eMobility: We are equipping the project with load control for e-mobility. Upon request, parking spaces can be equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles.
Energy concept: ECO POWER PLANT
Reduced energy and additional costs
The building's low energy consumption has a direct impact on residents' energy costs. The electricity generated by the PV system is available for the apartments and the operation of the efficient heat pump. Energy costs are reduced because environmental heat is converted on site into heat for space heating and hot water. Through sustainable planning, less energy is consumed with the same user behavior.
