In rural Aasen, only approx. 6 km from Donaueschingen, we are building a total of 12 terraced houses with approx. 145 m² of living space.
Each terraced house is spread over three floors, with the option to design the floor plan individually as agreed. The rooms are designed in a friendly and light-flooded atmosphere and offer enough space for the whole family.
The open kitchen area and the bright living room are located on the spacious ground floor. There is also a modern guest toilet in this area. Aasen is located southwest of the city center of Donaueschingen. The district is best known for its idyllic location and agricultural surroundings. Surrounded by fields, meadows and forest areas, Aasen offers a quiet and natural atmosphere. With over 1,200 residents, Aasen is one of the largest communities in Ostbaar. The connection to the A81 is in the immediate vicinity.
