Welcome to your new dream apartment
in Münster-Gremmendorf!

The apartments are part of a pioneering KfW 55 house in solid construction and have a number of energy-efficient features. These include an energy-efficient air-water heat pump, which ensures environmentally friendly and cost-saving heating, as well as a photovoltaic system (approx. 5.74 kWp), which reduces your electricity costs and at the same time supports the environment. The underfloor heating with individual room control ensures cozy warmth and individual adjustment options in every room. Electric shutters offer additional comfort and security, while the plastic windows with triple-glazed insulation ensure optimal thermal insulation and soundproofing. Switches and sockets from GIRA 55 stand for the highest quality and modern design. The high-quality designer vinyl floors are durable and easy to care for and fit perfectly with the modern domestic style. In addition, the painting work is already included, so that the apartment is handed over ready to move into.

Each apartment has either a terrace or a balcony. An optional parking space is also available (€18,000). This apartment is perfect for singles, commuters or as an investment.

Gremmendorf-Ost:
From a villa suburb to a popular place to live!

With a total of just under 11,000 inhabitants, Gremmendorf is an averagely large but relatively young district with a history of just under 200 years. While the west of Gremmendorf was increasingly dominated by the military for a long period of time and is now dominated by the commercial area, the east is primarily a popular residential area.

In the 1950s, the first bungalow settlement, the so-called Vogelviertel, was built on the Böddingheide. Since the 1990s, Gremmendorf has been one of Münster's main settlement areas, although the west is currently and probably will be more affected by growth.

Cozy and comfortable homes

Single-family homes and smaller apartment buildings in particular characterize the picture in the various quarters of the district. A typical building area of the 1980s is the Agathenviertel on the corner of Wolteringstraße/Bewinkel with classic Münster clinker buildings. A new residential area was built on Erbdrostenweg and even became a settlement center of Münster. A total of around 240 apartments in single-family and apartment buildings were built here. A kindergarten was integrated and illustrates the particularly child-friendly environment. Further south, another construction phase began, which today is mostly characterized by private homes. There is also a day care center run by the CVJM, as well as a small community center (the parents' café).

In addition to the community center, there is also a children's and youth center on Anton-Knubel-Weg, as well as a senior citizens' and meeting center in the immediate vicinity. In the north of Gremmendorf-Ost, near the bypass road, green areas in the Lütkenbeck-Loddenbach landscape park are right on the doorstep. On this old noble residence, which has been recently renovated, there are allotments, a playground and a sports facility, while a new commercial area is being built at the intersection of Albersloher Weg and Heumannsweg.

Transport routes

The most important transport route, Albersloher Weg, takes you relatively quickly to the harbor and Hansaviertel areas. The attractions on this street (large-scale cinema, Halle Münsterland) are also quickly accessible. The bypass road aße in the north offers additional connections in addition to the generally well-developed public transport in Münster.

Gremmendorf-Ost is the actual center of the district, but will experience less population growth in the future than the west. Nevertheless, the residential areas are particularly recommendable in terms of home ownership. Albersloher Weg, the main artery of car traffic, is also currently being expanded, so it is hoped that the inner city areas will be even quicker to reach.
