Living on the Rechberg
The building project is located in a particularly attractive and quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the landscape protection area with a beautiful panoramic view over Bretten and the southern Kraichgau. The two L-shaped buildings with their high-quality architecture, together with the Rechberg Clinic and the new medical center, all in the immediate vicinity, form the center of the Rechberg area as building assemblers.
The Gesundheitscampus on the Rechberg, with its integrated short-term care, was included in the “Care Innovation Program 2024” as a special award from the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Social Affairs. In the justification for selection into the funding program, the unique selling point that this project has throughout Baden-Württemberg was highlighted.

The apartments range in size from approx. 44 to approx. 107 square meters and, due to our modular plan concept, can be combined and divided again depending on your lifestyle situation if a large amount of space is required. With the spacious event room on the ground floor and the green inner courtyard, communication areas are provided as meeting places. As an energy-saving and sensible measure, we also had the Bretten municipal utility relocate a local heating supply to this area. The underground car park with wide parking spaces and outdoor parking spaces are available for parking vehicles. A large bicycle storage room is also planned. The bus stop “right behind the house” as well as the tram stops “Rechberg” and “Stadtmitte” are also within walking distance.
If you wish, you can commission the company Rostan from Oberderdingen and the company Kablan from Bretten to carry out the interior design of your apartment. The two companies have enclosed their information brochures for these services.

The location
Melanchtonstadt Bretten
The city of Bretten with around 30,100 inhabitants is the third largest city in the Karlsruhe district. Bretten is surrounded by cities such as Karlsruhe, Pforzheim, Stuttgart, Heilbronn, Mannheim and Heidelberg and is therefore conveniently located in terms of transport.
Living on the Rechberg
The Gesundheitscampus is located in a particularly attractive and quiet location in the immediate vicinity of the landscape protection area, with an excellent view over Bretten. Only a few minutes' walk away is a shopping center, grocery discounter, pharmacy and a bank. In addition, the nearby new service center with restaurants as well as the school center and kindergartens round off this area. The location also offers very good connections to local public transport. The bus stop is at the adjacent Rechbergklinik and the two S-Bahn stops “Rechberg” and “Stadtmitte” are within walking distance, about 5 minutes away.
