Showers are designed at floor level with custom-made all-glass partitions. Rain showers and towel radiators in the main bathrooms are also standard. Washlets can also be installed upon special request.
HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING
Apartments are equipped with underfloor heating. The control takes place via individual room control. The central heating system is operated with a heat pump. In summer, the underfloor heating circuit can be used for passive cooling. Air conditioning systems are also installed in the penthouses.
WINDOWS & SUN PROTECTION
For maximum domestic comfort, the most modern window systems are used in components A & B. External, electrically controllable shading systems are also implemented. In the historic Ganshof, box windows with sun protection in between will be installed to match the character of the house.
