Solid houses with attractive architecture and clever living space design - that is our philosophy and experience. We rely on solid construction with highly thermally insulating exterior wall bricks, which means that additional exterior insulation is unnecessary. When it comes to saving energy, which is easy on the wallet and the environment, we go one step further. That's why we build according to the Building Energy Act GEG 2020, EH 55 EE, use windows and patio doors with triple glazing and add a centrally controlled domestic ventilation. Comfortable underfloor heating is a matter of course for us.
Energy concept
Due to the way it works, the heat pump is one of the most environmentally friendly methods of heating and hot water preparation. Thanks to its high level of efficiency, it reduces climate-damaging CO2 emissions and energy consumption. The air/water heat pumps we use all correspond to at least energy efficiency class A in heating mode and have intelligent energy management. This ensures an economical and convenient way to heat your building.
Underfloor heating with individual room controls ensures cozy comfort, the heat from which is evenly distributed over the entire room area. Due to the lower flow temperature compared to normal radiators, this type of heating is also highly effective. This results in low operating costs, which are reduced even further, since the temperatures in the individual rooms can be set individually and according to requirements. Allergy sufferers also benefit from underfloor heating because there is no turbulence caused by convection. Our underfloor heating is therefore the ideal complement to the overall energy concept of the houses.
Fresh air lets people breathe freely. In closed rooms, however, it is quickly used up - especially if the building is airtight to avoid heat loss. Regular airing is therefore essential. A comfortable and also energy-saving solution is the centrally controlled domestic ventilation with heat recovery. It automatically exchanges the air volume of the connected rooms with fresh air within approx. two hours. The outside air is filtered before it is introduced into the living areas (dust, soot, etc.) and preheated via a heat exchanger using the thermal energy of the exhaust air extracted. Extraction of the exhaust air also ensures in the kitchen and bathroom that odors or moisture are reliably discharged to the outside. Allergy sufferers will also appreciate the pollen filter that can be used. On special request, the ventilation system can also be equipped with moisture recovery.
