Location and environment

Munich, Obermenzing – life away from the hustle and bustle of the city

Obermenzing is an upscale residential area with a village character in the west of Munich. The district borders on the Nymphenburger Park and is traversed by two waterways, the Würm and the Schlosskanal. The neighbouring districts are Nymphenburg and Pasing. The area is free from industrial development. The residential character and infrastructure is regarded as "upscale".

In just 2 to 3 minutes you can reach Untermenzing S-Bahn station (S2). It's just 5 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Edeka) with butcher and baker, and 1 minute to a very nice playground with a small sledding hill for the little ones and a soccer field for everyone.

Outfitting

Our houses are built exclusively with 36 cm-thick thermal insulation bricks for healthy homes. No additional external insulation is required. This ensures an optimal indoor climate, supported by decentralised domestic ventilation systems.
