freiraum, the new residential project on Lange Straße, includes a total of ten apartment buildings that offer space for a total of 126 residential units, 30 of which are barrier-free. It offers a unique residential experience of stylish 2 to 5 room apartments and upscale penthouses in a harmonious mix. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace - your individual free space.

An outstanding feature of freiraum is the generously designed open space, which offers plenty of space for meetings and socializing. The entire neighborhood is designed to be car-free and has two underground car park entrances as well as direct access from the underground car park to the houses.

We are proud to offer energy efficient KfW 55 EE homes that minimize the ecological footprint. The heating energy supply is environmentally friendly through the CO2-neutral local heating network, and all roofs are equipped with photovoltaic systems. Thanks to prosumergy, this means convenient and affordable solar power for tenants.
