The new Quellenpark development is located on the outskirts of Bad Vilbel. From Büdinger Straße, you can reach Fraunhoferstraße. The S-Bahn station (S6), the town center, the pedestrian zone with shops, as well as the spa gardens and the Nidda river are all within a short walking distance.
The project
The architecture
The building is harmoniously integrated into its surroundings. These modern apartments impress with their perfect blend of light, exclusivity, and space efficiency. Floor-to-ceiling windows with fine subdivisions are complemented by transparent balcony railings. Colors, shapes, and materials are tastefully coordinated.
The construction
The building is constructed using solid masonry and meets all requirements of the GEG 2024. Foundations and base plate are made of concrete. Exterior and load-bearing interior walls are constructed from calcium silicate blocks or reinforced concrete. Floor slabs and staircases are made of reinforced concrete, finished with polished granite steps. An external thermal insulation system (ETICS) is applied to the masonry.
The entrance doors feature lightweight metal frames and insulated safety glass, with electric door openers, closers, and door retainers.
The outdoor areas
Driveways and walkways will be paved. The remaining areas will be sown with lawn, and individual trees, shrubs, and ground cover plants will be added.
