You will find the new Quellenpark building area on the outskirts of Bad Vilbel. Via Büdinger Straße you will reach Fraunhoferstraße. In a few minutes you are at the train station (S6), in the city center and the pedestrian zone with all shops as well as in the Kurpark and on the Nidda.
The project
The architecture
The 4-storey apartment building benefits from the clear structure of the facade. The apartments impress with their successful combination of light, exclusivity and optimal use. The effect of the floor-to-ceiling windows with the fine subdivision is underlined by the transparent balcony parapets. Colours, shapes and materials are coordinated with each other. A special atmosphere is created in the penthouse apartments.
The construction
The building will be constructed in solid masonry and meets all the requirements of GEG 2023. Foundations and floor slab in concrete. The outer walls and the load-bearing inner walls are made of sand-lime brick or reinforced concrete. The floors are made of reinforced concrete. The storey stairs are also made of reinforced concrete. They are covered with polished granite steps. A thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) is applied to the exterior masonry.
The house entrance system made of light metal profiles and door made of safety glass has an electric door opener and door closer as well as a door holder.
The grounds
The driveways and sidewalks will be paved. The remaining plot area will be sown with lawn. Solitary trees and shrubs are planted.
The Outfitting
You can depend on the following
- Plastic windows with thermal insulation glazing are used. The fittings as one-hand turn-tilt or one-hand turn fittings in a concealed design..
- The windows in the ground floor apartments and the windows in the area of the balconies on the first floor are fitted with burglar-resistant fittings.
- All windows, balcony and terrace doors of the apartments in the vertical facade have electrically operated external venetian blinds made of powder-coated aluminium.

- The kitchens, bathrooms, guest toilets and utility rooms will have tiled floors. The living and sleeping areas as well as the floorboards and corridors have floor coverings based on a sample template with a matching skirting board.
- The ceilings and walls of the apartments are papered with woodchip wallpaper and laid out in white.
- The apartment is equipped with a multimedia distribution box and a large number of electrical switches (large-area switches) and sockets. In each apartment there is a data socket for telephone and internet as well as a TV cable connection.
- An exhaust air heat pump for hot water preparation for heating and ventilation is installed in the utility room of each apartment. A photovoltaic system will be installed on the roof to generate electricity.
- The rooms in the apartments are heated with underfloor heating. The temperature is controlled individually in each room.
- The apartments will have an electrically operated fireplace in the style of an open fireplace.
- Each apartment has a basement room. A common room is available for the residents of the house.
- Two passenger elevators, each for up to 8 people, connect all floors of the building. The elevators are accessible from the basement level, the house entrances and on the floors without steps.
- To increase your security, access from the underground car park to the house is alarmed.
