The project is located in 91094 Langensendelbach and belongs to the district of Forchheim. The community is about nine kilometers south of Forchheim and seven kilometers north of Erlangen. each approx. 30km to Nuremberg and Bamberg.

Well-developed hiking trails invite you to explore the surrounding area. A well-developed cycle path network opens up the Aischgrund and the Regnitztal, paths to Franconian Switzerland, the Wiesenttal, to the Walberla or to the Nuremberg Reichswald.
With a distance of less than 10 km to the motorway and the ICE train station in Erlangen, the municipality is very easy to reach without the hustle and bustle of large traffic flows. Bus lines 208 and 256 pass nearby. You can reach Erlangen, Forchheim, Bamberg and Nuremberg as well as the A3 motorway quickly and easily via the A73 motorway.
