An evolutionary building concept. The Flaucher Auen Studio Apartments present themselves as a sophisticated synergy of existing building and modern new building. With an attractive densification of 26 apartments, the complex is being expanded to meet increasing demands. The building tells a remarkable story: originally designed as a guest house, our team converted it into an apartment building with 105 business apartments from 2013 to 2016. In line with current developments, the project is now being rounded off with this consolidation. The existing building bears the traces of its history, while the new building brings a modern touch - a fusion of tradition and innovation.
