Open, contemporary and variable: the modern FINDORFF LIVING residential complex with its own underground car park will be built in the lively Findorff district by the end of 2022. 44 aesthetic 1- to 5-room apartments with areas of ​​around 45 to 142 m² are spread over four floors. Whether singles, couples or families: the possibilities are as diverse as the future residents. And what's more: those who decide on short notice and early on can help design floor plans to a limited extent and make use of the option of helping out with designing living spaces according to their personal wishes. FINDORFF LIVING is located in the lively district of Findorff with its various shopping opportunities as well as gastronomic and cultural offers. In the shops on Hemmstraße you can find everything you need for daily errands - and shopping at the traditional Findorffmarkt becomes an experience! In addition, a large number of cafés and restaurants offer something for every taste at any time of the day. The flea market on the Bürgerweide, concerts in the “Schlachthof” cultural centre, a visit to the ÖVB arena or a stroll along the Torfkanal – it is guaranteed to be anything but boring here.
